Does it replace SITA?

How does the 1% fee work?
After the 60-day Performance Evaluation, BeeKeeper Assurance invoices two independent 1.0% fee engines only on verified, human-approved events: the Performance Partnership Fee on verified financial improvements vs the WORM Operational Baseline, and the Operational Coordination Fee on qualifying external coordinated services. Customers pay vendors directly. Internal dashboards remain free.
How long does onboarding take?
Website analysis and intake can complete in one session. Full enterprise activation typically requires two to four weeks for connector credentials, security review, legal approval, and executive sponsor sign-off.
Why is it free?
Internal dashboards and operational visibility are free for your organization. During the 60-day Performance Evaluation you retain 100% of verified improvements. After evaluation, verified 1.0% Performance Partnership and Operational Coordination fees may apply per MSA Section 4 — not subscription or per-seat licensing.
Why only 1%?
Each Performance Partnership fee engine applies 1.0% independently on its own verified basis — financial improvements vs baseline, or external coordination events. Fees require evidence and human approval. They are not platform licenses. Customers continue to pay vendors directly.

Does CB ever hold customer money?
