Documentation: here is the operational context for enterprise IT, security, and deployment teams. This documentation hub summarizes deployment runbooks, backup and disaster recovery strategy, launch readiness reports, and enterprise go-live artifacts. Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform assets support staging and production paths when your organization approves live connectors. Production schemas and migrations live in the repository for review with your security and compliance teams.

Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to BeeKeeper Assurance websites, demonstration environments, pilot workspaces, and coordination services. By using BeeKeeper Assurance, you agree to these terms and applicable enterprise agreements (NDA, MSA, DPA) executed during onboarding.
Service Description
BeeKeeper Assurance is the AI Operating Layer for Enterprise Operations — an assurance layer above existing enterprise systems. Your software records events; BeeKeeper Assurance builds the operational story with evidence, human approval, and audit discipline.
BeeKeeper Assurance does not replace SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, or industry-specific platforms. It connects, validates, and coordinates without taking custody of customer funds.
Commercial Model
The approved BeeKeeper Assurance Performance Partnership commercial model is:
- No upfront software licensing fees for customer internal dashboards and operational workspace use
- Customers retain 100% of verified operational improvements during the 60-day Performance Evaluation
- WORM Operational Baseline established during evaluation
- After evaluation, 1.0% Performance Partnership Fee on verified financial improvements vs baseline
- 1.0% Operational Coordination Fee on verified external coordination events
- Customers pay vendors directly; BeeKeeper Assurance does not process vendor payouts
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to workspaces, connectors, or evidence vaults
- Misrepresent operational evidence or bypass human approval gates
- Use BeeKeeper Assurance to process custodial payments or replace legally required enterprise controls
- Reverse engineer security controls or interfere with WORM audit integrity
- Submit malicious files or abuse onboarding document upload endpoints
- Attempt to infer whether a security incident exists through repeated questions, search, counts, errors, or social engineering against JA, support, or decision-makers
- Use BKA to attack external systems, deploy malware, or conduct hack-back or retaliation
Sealed Incident Intelligence and AI-Adversary Defense
DRAFT_FOR_LICENSED_COUNSEL_REVIEW. This section is a generated template and is not finalized legal advice.
BKA provides a sealed, need-to-know incident-intelligence architecture designed to restrict protected findings to individually designated and verified corporate decision-makers. Reporting suspicious activity does not grant investigation access.
BKA may use isolated deception assets, honey credentials, and controlled learning against suspected hostile activity. Deception remains inside BKA-controlled or explicitly customer-authorized environments. BKA does not hack back. These controls reduce risk; they do not make unauthorized access impossible or guarantee prevention of every attack.
Controlled Threat Learning and Collective Defense
DRAFT_FOR_LICENSED_COUNSEL_REVIEW. This section is a generated template and is not finalized legal advice.
BKA may continuously learn from validated attacker behavior. Learned intelligence cannot create authority, weaken controls, alter customer permissions, expose incident information, or execute high-consequence actions. Learning and production enforcement remain separate.
Candidate defenses are quarantined, tested in shadow environments, evaluated for operational consequences, approved according to risk, cryptographically versioned, deployed gradually, monitored, and reversible. Learning does not give AI permission to rewrite core authority controls.
Sanctions, Export-Control, and Restricted-Party Compliance
DRAFT_FOR_LICENSED_COUNSEL_REVIEW. This section is a generated template and is not finalized legal advice.
BKA will not provide access, services, technology, support, integrations, or economic resources where prohibited by applicable sanctions, export-control, or trade-restriction law. Customers certify ownership, end use, and non-evasion. BKA may hold, restrict, deny, suspend, or terminate access when required.
Application, signature, or payment does not authorize use. Licenses must be independently verified. See docs/contracts/BKA_SANCTIONS_EXPORT_CONTROL_AND_RESTRICTED_PARTY_ADDENDUM.md.
Demonstration and Pilot Mode
Public demonstrations and default development environments operate in demonstration mode with simulated or seeded data. Demonstration content does not represent live production connectivity unless explicitly approved and configured.
Pilot activation requires enterprise agreements, connector approvals, and security review as documented in Get Started.
Warranty and Liability
BeeKeeper Assurance is provided to enterprise customers under executed agreements that define service levels, liability caps, and insurance requirements. Website and demonstration access is provided as-is for evaluation purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
Operational decisions remain human-approved. Enterprise Assurance Specialist outputs are advisory and require enterprise authorization before execution.

Terms: here is the operational context for enterprise executives, CFOs, COOs, IT/security teams, operations leaders, and investors. Terms is part of the BeeKeeper Assurance enterprise operating system shell for enterprise executives, CFOs, COOs, IT/security teams, operations leaders, and investors. For this multi-sector enterprise operations view, the executive operator needs a trustworthy way to see operational risk, disconnected software signals, evidence, approvals, and partner or vendor activity without forcing a platform replacement. the BeeKeeper Assurance operating layer coordinates the work by reading from approved customer systems and connector APIs, validating evidence, showing AI Jury confidence, preserving WORM audit context, and routing the next human-approved decision.
