60-day Performance Evaluation: customer retains 100% of verified improvements; WORM Operational Baseline established.
1.0% Performance Partnership Fee on verified financial improvements vs baseline (Phase 2).
1.0% Operational Coordination Fee for qualifying RFQs, vendor sourcing, maintenance, logistics, and similar external coordination (Phase 2).
